Property Management/Placement Services

Placement Services:      We show rental units, place yard signs on property for prospective tenants, advertise on Internet and print media, screen calls, complete applications, including credit reports, background checks for civil and criminal, and complete standard leasing agreements and collect first months’ rent and security deposit.  The fee for this service is one half of the first months’ rent ($400. Minimum).

Property Management:      We will discount placement services, collect monthly rents, handle escrow of security deposits, send owners monthly and year-end reports.   Maintenance and lawn care services are also available, as well as courtesy/past-due notices, 5 day eviction notices, and discounted representation for any court appearances.  We can customize services to fit your needs.  The fee for property management is 8% of collected rents.
